"Mr. President, we suggest it is time to start a media campaign to share your vision for the future."

The government must undo decades of water pollution, carbon emission, air pollution, rising sea levels, loss of biodiversity, melting polar ice caps, and crumbling Infrastructure. But, to do so will require the allocation of massive funds that Congrees is unwilling to spend unless a public outcry demands change.

The realization of this fact has prompted the formation of Partners in Transformative Media. We are a group of like-minded production companies and technicians that have banded together to create programming that will motivate meaningful solutions to our most pressing problems.

Our commitment to this goal is sincere with in-kind contributions of our time and money.

However, success still requires government support of some or all of the initiatives outlined in our letter.

President Joseph Biden Jr.

The White House

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue

Washington, D.C. 20500

Dear President Biden,

The Partners for Transformative Media is a collective of concerned production companies and filmmakers banded together to offer our services in kind to address climate change. Our goal is to create and distribute programming that will change minds through social media. To accomplish this work, PTM seeks private funding from those that share your vision for the future.

Mr. President, on your website www.joebiden.com you advance many programs in your Plan for Climate and Environmental Justice. The problem is only your supporters will access your web page and respond to your ideas. The Partners for Transformative Change will change that by creating one to two-minute videos that illustrate the critical components of each of your concepts.

According to a recent study by Usurv, if you want your audience to share and interact with your content, delivering it via video is the best way to produce that response. Consumers are 39 percent more likely to share content if a video presentation delivers it. Think of this programming as Public Service Announcements that will educate, inform and motivate a public outcry that Congress cannot ignore.

A highly produced video has the potential to go viral with a domestic and worldwide reach. The ability to put your message in front of a new and diverse group of individuals is the power of the marketing plan we proposed. This fact-based filmmaking coupled with emotional appeals alerts the viewer that climate change is real and time is running out to address the problem.  You may consider using the same method to communicate the rest of your legislative agenda in the future.

Past communicating your proposed programs that deal with Climate Change, please give us the tools to document the greenlit projects properly. We need your support and the weight of your office to mandate the visual documentation of Climate Change programs from conception to completion. Then place this footage in an archive that independent filmmakers can access. Once the public sees what their tax dollar is buying and the benefits of each program, they will demand more.

As the United States once again becomes the world leader for Climate Protection, this body of audio-video information will set an example for other countries to follow while creating many high-paying jobs in the media industry. It will also provide a permanent record of your most significant accomplishments.

We also suggest the United States Environmental Protection Agency and others open their grant program to independent filmmakers and still photographers seeking to document, explain, and sound a call to action on the topic of Climate Change.

Given Climate Change is among the most pressing problems that your administration faces, may we also suggest the following:

1. Call a meeting of Studio and Network Executives to discuss the inclusion of programming that calls attention to Climate Change and its solution.

2. Establish an Environmental Civilian Conservation Corps that will plant new trees and restore old ones (reforestation) on public lands.

3. Create the "Environmental Minute" - A series of one-minute video segments that will be made available to television news stations as either a standard part of their newscast or filler on slow news days.

4. Bring the topic of climate change into the classroom. Provide an opportunity for our children to become Ecological Ambassadors by planting trees and conducting themselves in an ecological-friendly manner. Consider the possibility of every grade-school child adopting a sapling at the beginning of the year, nursing it throughout the school term, and then taking it home and panting it. The working motto for this program is: "One child, one tree." This concept complements the United Nation's Ecosystems Restoration initiative.

Mr. President, please put us in contact with members of your team that can guide us in presenting your message to the American people correctly.

With Deepest Respect,
