Through private funding, PTM provides an outlet for our Climate-related programming. It is also a means for other filmmakers to address the problem of Climate Change. While we have access to all social media outlets, we will first test market each of our projects with Youtube and Facebook posts.

The ideal length of a Youtube video is around 3 minutes. Consider the impact of a public service type announcement produced in this format that goes viral. Its influence is considerably more than a 60 second PSA aired in one market during a television station's off-hours. Now imagine the reach that a message will have when it is congruently released on multiple platforms. Youtube alone reports close to five billion views a day.
The proposed archive of video footage outlined in the letter to President Biden will provide the material for creating many programs that address climate change. The net result will communicate the need for immediate action to avoid environmental disasters.
